Tarmac is an ideal surface for driveways, forecourts, car parks, paths and playgrounds. SmartSeal Paving offers a complete service in regard to the installation of new hard wearing surfaces, as well as the complete refurbishment of worn and damaged areas.
Refurbishment
Tarmac driveways and other areas can be made to look like new and stay looking good by being more resistant to fading and stains. We have specialist tools and equipment, as well as 20 years of experience, to facilitate restoration and repair in one process.
Our process steps include:
- The surface is thoroughly cleaned.
- Damaged areas are cut and replaced with new bag tarmac.
- Surface stains are treated and weeds removed.
- A specially formulated Bitumenous Seal is applied by a presurised spray or roller to give uniform coating.
This process restores the tarmac to its original colour and re-seals the surface to prevent moisture ingress and the resultant deterioration. The life of the surface is extended, in addition to adding to the value of your property by increasing the visual appeal.
